Ms. Caroline Grégoire Sainte-Marie was born in 1957, French. She graduated from Institut d'Études Politiques Paris and Université Droit Paris Sorbonne.

She has served as Chief Financial Officer and Finance and IT Manger for Volkswagen France (1996-1997), Chief Financial Officer for Lafarge Specialty Products (1997-1999), Senior Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions with Lafarge Cement Division (2000-2004), Chief Executive Officer Germany and Czech Republic Groupe Lafarge (2004-2006), President and Chief Executive Officer Tarmac France/Belgium (2007-2009) and President and Chief Executive Officer Frans Bonhomme (2009-2011). She has since held the position as senior advisor with HIG European Capital Partners and an investor of Calyos Belgium since May 2017. Since 2011, she has served and continues to serve on the Boards of Directors of these listed companies: VINCI (Euronext Paris (compartment A), FR0000125486), FNACDARTY and GROUPAMA. She served on the Boards of Director of Elkem Group from May 2020 to May 2021.

Since 2021, she has been the Independent Director of the Company and the Chairman of Remuneration Committee.
